The Challenge.

Burnie Arts came to us in early 2024 to reignite their digital presence and reconnect with the local community. Despite a rich cultural offering, awareness and attendance were low – especially for events like the Lunchbox Concerts.

Our brief; Rebuild their content strategy, boost visibility and engagement, drive event attendance, and position Burnie Arts as a leading creative hub in regional Tasmania. They needed a bold, high-impact approach to showcase their vibrant programming.

The Solution.

We developed a digital strategy to showcase the energy of Burnie Arts through bold storytelling and community-led content.

Key tactics included:
– Video-first campaigns to build hype around events
– Meta ads and organic content to expand reach
– Reels and visuals to highlight what’s on
– Monthly content aligned with key shows and exhibitions

A strong, consistent tone of voice was also shaped in collaboration with the team to reflect Burnie Arts’ creative and inclusive spirit.

“All the stats are really impressive but beyond the stats you have helped us to reconnect and regain the trust of our community… The fact is, we are doing some really exciting stuff here in Burnie, and Fearless have allowed us to project that out to the world.”

“From six people in the room to 150 – our Lunchbox Concerts now have a real following. We’re seeing stronger pre-sales, sold-out shows, and audience engagement that rivals the biggest cultural institutions in the state.”

— Mark Viner, Burnie Arts
