I share my framework to achieve your dream life without burnout here.

We set these major goals and checkmarks in our life and then go out and try to achieve them all at once and then fail almost instantly or just don’t even take the steps forward because it is too overwhelming.

Why do we do this over and over again…

Our life has these up periods where we feel more motivated to achieve and plan and make progress. So then we try to โ€œfixโ€ all the areas of our life at once. Which is not realistic. So then when we fail or don’t move forward from feeling overwhelmed we get more frustrated or disheartened because we are still exactly where we started! So then we give up because itโ€™s so heavy and so big and so far away.

In this podcast episode, I chat about why we aren’t moving forward in our life and share with you my framework that I apply to the areas of my life where I am wanting to grow. This framework has guided me in my life to create now what I am getting to live, which is my dream life!
